Overage

DEFINITION

When more has shipped on a load than was intended or specified on the Bill of Lading.

LOGISTOPEDIA SAYS

It is important to plan ahead so that your shipments do not have overages. Having an overage can either result in one or multiple fees for you, and/or possibly cause a delay or outright failure in shipping.
